FAQ

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about Tai Chi and Qigong classes.

  • Does creating an account give me access to classes?

No. Creating an account is the first step. You will also need to register for the class you wish to subscribe to.

  • How will I be billed?

The on-demand subscription is month-to-month and will renew automatically to the payment method indicated. If you plan to cancel auto-renewal, please do so prior to the end of your subscription term. You will have access to your courses until the end of the current paid period.

  • How do I cancel Just Breathe Tai Chi On-Demand classes?

To cancel your Tai Chi On-Demand: 1. Sign in to your account. 2. Click on the icon at the top right corner to the left of the bell. 3. In the drop-down menu select "My Account". 4. Click the Billing link on the left menu. 5. Here you can cancel your subscription, check your billing history, change your payment card, and see your subscription details. Once canceled, your credit card will not be billed moving forward. You will still have access to your associated content until your current subscription cycle ends.

  • What if I want to sign back up in the future?

When you come back to revive your Tai Chi learning, sign in to your account (you will still have a user profile, just no classes) and enroll in a class. Your profile will retain the information of where you left off.

  • How do I change courses—Move up from Tai Chi 1, to Tai Chi 2, for example.

Simply cancel your current subscription which will carry you through until the end of your 30-day subscription period. Once it expires, sign up for a different Tai Chi course, or switch to Qigong.

  • How quickly will I get through the classes?

I recommend one class per week—practicing that move on your own, or by rewatching the same class throughout that week. This is the rate and repetition I recommend for the best learning, and how students typically progress through my live classes.

  • How many times can I watch the Tai Chi and Qigong videos?

Unlimited! Watch them as many times as you wish.
